Welcome to the February newsletter from Caragh Yoga.
That was a very busy January! So many of you made it onto your mats and it was great to see regulars as well as some I hadn't taught in as long as 10 years! Classes are still busy now, even at the end of January, so it's great to see you're sticking to your commitment to yourself and hopefully feeling the benefits.
Reminder: Next week, there is no hatha yoga on Tuesday, February 6th. All other hatha yoga classes are as normal.
Here is a reminder of the timetable:
Tuesday, 8pm, Knox Hall, Monkstown
Thursday, 9.30am, St. Paul's Parish Centre, right beside the church on the corner of Silchester and Adelaide Road
Saturday, 10am, St. Paul's Parish Centre
All these classes are 75 minute, drop-in classes and are mixed level. Pay as you go or buy a card of 6 classes.
Please note, there is no class on Thursday, February 23rd as it's mid-term break. All other classes that week are as normal.
There is no prenatal yoga class this coming Monday, February 5th. Class resumes the following Monday, with 2 classes remaining in this term.
A new course of prenatal yoga starts on Monday, Febuary 27th at 8pm at Clonlea Studio in Blackrock. This is a 6 week course and is suitable for anyone 12 or more weeks pregnant. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please get in touch if you would like to reserve a space.
Over the midterm break, I hope to do a one-off yoga class for children aged between 4 and 7. We did this during the Christmas holidays and it was so much fun! If you are interested, let me know and I'll give you all the details once I have them.
I am available to do one-to-one sessions and classes for small private groups, either in your place or mine. If you are interested, please get in touch.
Enjoy this beautiful sunny Saturday and I hope to see you soon!
