Welcome to the September newsletter from Caragh Yoga.
It's been a busy summer. It's been great to see so many of you keeping up your yoga practise throughout the sweltering summer months. Ok, warm months, kind of. Thank you so much to Aisling Conn and Orla Fitzgerald for keeping the show on the road when i was away. As we start to transition into autumn, hatha flow classes are running as usual and prenatal yoga starts up again very shortly.
All hatha flow classes take place in St. Paul's parish centre in Glenageary. These are drop-in classes and cost €15 per class or €80 for a card of 6 classes which you can attend as it suits you over 6 months.
Please get in touch by phone or email if you would like any more information or just come along!
Prenatal yoga classes resume at Clonlea Studios in Blackrock on Monday, September 11th at 8pm. This is a 7 week couse which takes us up to October 23rd. The cost is €100 for the course. Drop-in spaces are available for those who can't make it to the whole course. These classes are suitable for anyone who is at least 12 weeks pregnant.
Focusing on gentle stretching and strengthening, breathing and deep relaxation, these classes will help to keep you comfortable in your body in pregnancy and prepare you for labour, birth and beyond. If you have any questions about these classes or would like to book a place, please get in touch by email or on 087-9877552. For more, click here.
Please get in touch if you have any questions at all or pass this email along to others who might be interested. Good luck to anyone dealing with the back to school change of pace. And yogis, remember to breathe!
