Welcome to the latest newsletter from Caragh Yoga.
It's been great to see so many of you at class over the last couple of months. The classes have been so busy that I'm delighted to be able to add another one to the schedule. Full details below.
Yoga as normal this Saturday, October 28th at 10am. I'm away but Aisling Conn will be teaching. Some of you might remember Aisling covered some classes for me during the summer.
There is no yoga on bank holiday, Monday, October 30th.
Yoga is as usual on Tuesday, October 31st at 8pm and on Saturday, November 4th at 10am.
A new hatha flow class will start on Monday, November 6th at 8pm. This class is similar to the Tuesday and Saturday class. It's a drop-in class so all are welcome and you can use your class card or just pay €15 each time. A class card costs €80 for 6 classes and is valid for 6 months.
All classes now take place at St. Paul's parish centre in Glenageary. The centre is on the corner of Adelaide Road and Silchester Road. Parking is available on Silchester Road and is free at evenings and weekends. Classes are in the room upstairs. Blocks, belts, blankets are all supplied. Bring your own mat if you can but I have a few spares also.
Please let me know if you have any questions at all. You can reply to this email or call or text me on 087-9877552.
Have a great bank holiday, everyone!
