Welcome to the November newsletter from Caragh Yoga.
What a lovely autumn we've had. Now winter is closing in and there is nothing like savasana in winter. Lying down, covered in blankets while gentle music plays and a voice talks you into a deep relaxation. It's your reward at the end of every yoga class. You owe it to yourself! Now, where is your mat?
I'm delighted to announce the Thursday 9.30am class and Saturday morning 10am class are now held in St. Paul's Parish Centre on Adelaide Road in Glenageary. The rooms are spacious and warm and parking is plentiful on Silchester Road. The centre is also really close to Glenageary Dart station. We had our first Saturday morning class there last weekend and it was toasty! Click here for a map to the centre.
Please note the 11.15am class is no longer running on Saturdays. The 10am class is a mixed level class. All are welcome and modifications are offered to allow you to make the practice gentler or more challenging, depending on your experience and what your body needs on that particular day.
A new term of prenatal yoga starts tonight, Monday, November 7th at 8pm. This is a 6 week term which runs until December 12th. The cost is €90. It is suitable for anyone in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. If you would like to take part, please email me or drop me a text (087-98887752).
Hatha yoga classes take place every Tuesday night in Knox Hall in Monkstown. 6.30pm is level 2 and 8pm is mixed level. These are drop-in classes. All welcome!
All the hatha yoga classes are drop-in classes, so you can pay as you go (€15) or you can buy a card of 6 classes for €80. This is valid for 6 months and can be used for any hatha yoga class, regardless of the venue.
