Welcome to the January newsletter from Caragh Yoga.
Welcome back to normality! I hope you had a lovely break and you're ready to put your resolutions into action. Some classes start up again this week, some next week. Here are the details...
A new 6 week course of prenatal yoga starts this evening (Monday, January 9th) in Clonlea Yoga Studios in Blackrock. The class is at 8pm until 9.15pm and is suitable for anyone from 12 weeks of pregnancy right up to the day your baby arrives. The cost is €90. I still have a couple of spaces available, so please text (087-9877552) or email if you'd like to reserve a spot.
I'd be grateful if you could pass this along to anyone you know who is pregnant and might be interested in the class. Prenatal yoga is such a great way to take care of yourself during pregnancy, both physically and mentally.
Hatha yoga resumes this Tuesday, January 10th in Knox Hall in Monkstown at 8pm. This is a drop-in, mixed level class so all are welcome. The cost is €15 per class or you can make a little commitment to yourself and buy a card of 6 classes for €80. You can use the card for any of my Hatha yoga classes over the next 6 months. Six classes in six months - you can do that!
The Thursday morning (9.30am) class and Saturday morning (10am) class in St. Paul's parish centre in Glenageary resume next week, January 19th and 21st respectively. St. Paul's is located at the corner of Silchester Road and Adelaide Road. It's a beautiful space and parking is easy. It's also beside the Glenageary dart station.
Please let me know if you have any questions at all. You'll find lots of information on the website, www.caraghyoga.ie and you can also follow me on Facebook to be kept up to date. I know last year was a little shaky in many ways but here's to a great 2017 and I hope to see you on your mat soon! Be the change!
